We recently switched our oil furnace to natural gas and added central AC. C&C HVAC Services were very good in all stages of the process. They were professional from the sales guy who gave us our quote to the installation and follow up. They patiently worked with me as I was arranging financing to pay for the installation. The system is working great so far. I have no real complaints, would highly recommend.

Bob was our technician and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and afterwards thoroughly explained what he had done and why it needed to be done. Very personable and took pains to insure that he cleaned up the area he was working in. He in my opinion serves as a model for other technicians to emulate. Would most certainly recommend C&C HVAC Services. A top notch Organization.

Extremely fast friendly local service. I would use again. Only opportunity for improvement would be paying $200+ for a 10am, 45 minute visit, 5 minute drive, and $30 part seems a little high. Still giving 5 stars because we were desperate and C&C was there fast and saved the entire weekend!

We had been dreading getting our unit replaced for 2 years, and in the matter of 4 hours Bob and the guys had fully removed and replaced our entire system. Great to work with, explained everything that needed to be done and extremely efficient. They also came out during the ice storm earlier in the year, to get our old system up and running to get working till the power outages stopped. I will be calling them again should I ever need anything else done, and I highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

I had surgery less than 24 hours ago and my AC quit cooling shortly after I got home. I am so thankful for this company coming to fix my AC within an hour of my desperate call. They were so kind and fast. I will definitely use them again and won’t forget the kindness. Thank y’all so so much!!

Had ac issues, called C&C, technician was promptly at my door early next morning. Technician Bob Cagle troubleshot the problem to my compressor fan. replaced fan, AC works great! didnt try to create any other problems,just fixed what was broke. i didnt research pricing for the job,it’s July, just wanted my ac working again! which it is! thanx Bob!!
